NPC National Bodybuilding Champion, Personal Trainer, Contest & Event Preparation Coach, Body Re-Shaping Specialist, Licensed Medical Esthetician (currently practicing), Dietitian (previous career).

Rita brings over 20 years experience in clinical nutrition and over a decade of experience in personal training and diet coaching. She is an accomplished national bodybuilding champion with over 15 years of competitive experience. She specializes in body re-shaping (fat loss, toning, gaining muscle), competition & event preparation, and fitness for all ages. Her diverse background and skills, education, and enthusiasm provide a motivating, focused, and holistic approach that ensures your success.
